Description

The Conseil Régional de Guadeloupe is the public authority responsible for the ERDF implementation in Guadalupe (France) and manages the  Operational Programme Guadeloupe and St Martin ERDF/ESF 2014-2020 (Programme Opérationnel FEDER-FSE Guadeloupe et st Martin Etat 2014-2020). This Operational Programme has eight priorities:

  1. Research and innovation to increase the competitiveness of companies;
  2. Digital development;
  3. Support the transition to a low carbon use economy;
  4. Promote climate change adaptation and prevention of risks;
  5. Protect the environment and cultural heritage;
  6. Improve external and internal accessibility to the region;
  7. Promote urban development;
  8. Compensation allowance for surcharges.

Please note that this Operational Programme refers to the programming period 2014-2020, as the as the Operational Programme for 2021-2027 are not yet available.
