Description

The Österreichische Raumordnungskonferenz (Austrian Spatial Planning Conference) is the public authority responsible for the ERDF implementation in Austria and manages the ''IBW-ERDF/JTF 2021-2027: Investing in jobs, growth and the transition to a low-carbon economy in Austria 2021-2027'' (IBW-EFRE/JTF 2021–2027: Investitionen in Beschäftigung, Wachstum und den Übergang zu einer CO2-armen Wirtschaft in Österreich 2021–2027). This Operational Programme focuses on the following priorities that are relevant for upskilling and reskilling:

  • Policy objective 1 - a smarter Europe by promoting innovative and intelligent economic change;
  • Policy objective 2 - a greener, low-carbon Europe by promoting clean energy and a fair fair energy transition, green and blue investments, the circular economy, adaptation to adaptation to climate change, risk prevention and risk management;
  • Policy objective 5 - A Europe closer to its citizens by promoting the sustainable and integrated development of urban, rural and coastal areas and local initiatives.
