Overview

Objectives

The main objective of the Erasmus Mundus Design Measures is to encourage the development of innovative, highly integrated new international study programmes at Master level. 

Activities/actions supported

The key actions supported by this call include learning mobility of individuals, cooperation amongst organisations and institutions, support to policy development and cooperation, and jean monnet actions.

Anticipated outcomes

Europeean HE institutions can pool resources and knowledge to address pressing global issues such as climate change, digital transformation and sustainable development. In the long run, Erasmus Mundus Design Measures will foster the development of common mechanisms in higher education related to quality assurance, accreditation and recognition of degrees and credits.

Overview of eligibility criteria

In order to be eligible, applicants must be: legal entities (public or private bodies); higher education institutions (HEIs) established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.an EU Member State or third country associated to the Programme; holders of the ECHE certificate (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education). Exception: organisations from Belarus (Region 2) and the Russian Federation (Region 4) are not eligible to participate in this action.
