Description
Overview
Objectives
The purpose of the call is to support projects for the acquisition or improvement of skills, aimed at unemployed or working people. These skills will respond to the challenges and opportunities linked to the ecological transition. Actions leading to the reduction of gender gaps and equal opportunities and treatment between men and women will be favoured. The themes of the projects must be based on one of the priority sectors identified in the call for proposals because of their high potential for transformation, reconversion and job creation in their contribution to boosting the ecological transition.
Activities/actions supported
The actions to be carried out within the framework of the projects will be aimed at facilitating access to the labour market for the unemployed, and/or promoting reskilling and entrepreneurship. For example, training courses, counselling, mentoring, communities of practice, social innovation actions and recruitment.

Overview of eligibility criteria
The following types of entities are eligible:
- public or private legal entities
- profit-making or non-profit-making.
Please note that only organisations legally established in Spain can apply.

Overview of award criteria
Project proposals will be assessed taking into account the following criteria, for a maximum of 100 points:
Specific criteria (50 points):
- Social criteria (up to 20 points)
- Technical criteria (up to 20 points)
- Economic criteria (up to 10 points)
Strategic criteria (50 points):
- Action in priority territorial areas (up to 5 points)
- Relevance of capacity building for ecological transition (up to 25 points)
- Synergies and complementarity (up to 20 points).
The threshold to obtain the status of beneficiary project is 25 points for the specific criteria and 25 points for the strategic criteria.
