Call for expression of interest: Harnessing Talent initiative

Are you involved in digital, health, research or innovation?

The European Commission launched the Harnessing Talent in Europe’s regions in January 2023 to kick-start the European Year of Skills. The initiative aims to put a fresh face on skills and build momentum for upskilling as a key initiative of the Year. 

So far the Harnessing Talent initiative saw the launch of their platform called Inforegio - Harnessing Talent Platform (europa.eu). The platform aims to provide access to best practices related to addressing demographic change and talent development in regions and tailored technical assistance for regions dealing with demographic challenges and brain divide. Together with the platform, the Commission  launched a call for expression of interest by EU stakeholders to be part of working groups on: Digital, Health, Research & Innovation and Territorial.

The call is open until the 22nd of September.
