Description

Drawing on findings from the European Company Survey, this European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) report finds that workplace learning environments differ greatly between companies and have an impact on the effectiveness of workplace learning. Key factors that facilitate a positive learning environment include a strong skill demand in the sector and understanding from upper management of the value of continuous learning. Beyond developing relevant skills, workplace learning also contributes to employee wellbeing and overall company performance.
