Description

Around 13% of EU workers are affected to a large extent by digital skills mismatch. This policy brief highlights the need for upskilling and reskilling due to changes in job requirements and new digital technologies. It notes several considerations in digital skills training participation, including level of skills required in individuals' jobs, and their attitudes and perception towards techology, as important factors in the design and implementation of education and training initiatives. It also calls for more comprehensive measures and research on training to enable better implementation of skills education.
