VET toolkit for empowering NEETs

In order to best help young people not in employment, education or training (NEETs), VET should be tailored to their specific needs. This toolkit developed by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) is based on best practices from across Europe on VET training for NEETs. The toolkit includes:

•  good practices that addressed the reintegration of NEETs into the labour market
•  tools and instruments developed by successful VET practices
•  an evaluation plan for policymakers
•  an evaluation plan for VET providers
•  additional publications and data on NEETs in the EU
