Description
Data-driven initiatives can support implementation of the EU Green Deal, but the green transition's impact on skills and the labour market currently lacks coverage by specific indicators. This policy brief argues that analysis of online job advertisements can be used for short-term monitoring and skills needs forecasts in order to map labour and skills shortages, inform curricula and support updates of occupation and skills classifications.
