From theory to practice: Understanding user profiles and training needs

This publication presents the results and conclusions of two tasks: research on how theoretical and practical knowledge acquired through education and training is applied in the workforce as well as a forecasting exercise of the future target users of aviation VET training programmes. The document begins with an overview of the project, then delves into the conclusions and recommendations identified in the two tasks above.
