Study pathways: Skilling, Upskilling and Reskilling

This report presents research on skilling opportunities, or study pathways, for ATCOs, Pilots, RPAS pilots and check-in agents. Each study pathway included a section on formal training that explored what theoretical and practical knowledge is required to be a professional in Europe as well as a section on competencies that explored the most important technical and transversal skills required by the different professional profiles.
