Description

This report summarises the key insights and lessons of the review of the Estonian skills anticipation and matching system. The review focused on the national skills anticipation system OSKA. The key challenge for the coming years is to develop the system further, building on its early successes. Maintaining momentum sustainably requires managing the high expectations many stakeholders have regarding OSKA’s future development
