This publication reports on research that aimed to identify the skills and needs in the cultural heritage and related sectors in order to create a skill profile for cultural heritage managers and other related professionals. The report integrates desk research, survey and interview findings. It also provides a review of existing training programmes and an outline of the current economic and social context of cultural heritage across Europe.
