Description

The National Skills Coalition and Business Leaders United convened a group of stakeholders and experts in the United States healthcare sector to understand the impact of COVID-19 on the healthcare industry. Many of the themes that arose related to reskilling and upskilling the sector, including:

  • Providing worker-responsive training and tuition assistance for professional development
  • Ensuring healthcare works can adopt and adapt to new innovations
  • Incentivising employer investment in worker training.
