Description
This academic paper draws on a study and consultations of green hydrogen industry professionals in Australia. It explores the existing skills landscape, perceptions of training provisions and potential skill gaps, ending with a discussion on potential top-down and bottom-up solutions. It covers skills in the categories of general knowledge, technical knowledge, hazard reduction, infrastructure, and policy and markets. Although the research took place in Australia, the findings are discussed in reference to the international context, and it is likely that the insights included may be relevant to other geographic areas.
