Description
The She4Sea Competence Framework and Compendium defines the pedagogical approach and learning specifications for the training material development as well as elaborate the modular structure based on the 3 key competence areas (Leadership-Entrepreneurship-Sustainability).
The She4Sea digital Profiling Tool has a two-fold aim:
- to enable users (primarily targeting unemployed women) assess their strengths and weaknesses vis-à-vis 3 key competence areas as well as map their professional life experiences and
- engage users (mainly unemployed women) in the She4Sea training experience.
