Report on trends and challenges for work integration social enterprises (WISEs) in Europe. Current situation of skills gaps, especially in the digital area.

Erasmus+ funded project B-WISE focuses on the skills work integration social enterprises (WISEs) will need in the future, with particular focus on digital skills. This deliverable reports on the current skills gaps in the sector. It begins with an overview of the labour market, the way the WISE sector is structured, and the differences in the sector across European regions. The final two sections of the report focus entirely on skills needed within the sector, both technical and soft, as well as the specific digital skills gap for workers in WISEs.
