Prototype of the Blueprint New Skills Agenda Energy Intensive Industries

This report, delivered by the Skills Alliance for Industrial Symbiosis: A Cross-sectoral Blueprint for a Sustainable Process Industry (SPIRE-SAIS), brings together the findings from across the project to present a strategy for sector-wide skills adjustment. This includes research on technological developments, industry skill requirements, existing VET support, and a newly developed training framework. The report begins with the industry driven skills demands, including different adjustment approaches. It then goes into strategies and measures to address these demands, such as upskilling schemes and skills observatories. It ends with a strategy to roll out the Blueprint for upskilling and reskilling the industrial symbiosis sector.
