The ILO strategy on skills and lifelong learning 2030

The Strategy aims to build resilient systems through social dialogue, ensuring inclusive access to high-quality skills development and lifelong learning for all, and promoting decent work and human development.

Guided by five pillars-governance and financing, skills intelligence, flexible learning, inclusive programmes, and quality apprenticeships-it aims to enhance systemic change and improve access to lifelong learning.
