Hydrogen Industry: Job Roles, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Energy Skills Queensland published this report in order to outline the job roles and skills needed in the hydrogen industry. The report draws on consultations with industry experts and a desk review of existing literature, and identifies what roles can be adapted for the hydrogen sector, as well as what roles will need to be developed from the ground up. It presents the required and recommended qualifications for each job profile, as well as rationale for why they will be necessary. Although the research took place in Australia, it is likely that the insights included may be relevant to other geographic areas.
