Future Skill Needs in the Albanian Energy Sector

Beginning with an overview of the Albania’s skills landscape and energy sector, this report discusses how the energy sector is changing, the expected future job and skills needs, and what sector initiatives exist to meet these challenges. The report is a part of the European Training Foundation's series on future skills needs. Although it focuses on Albania, it provides valuable insights that are likely more broadly relevant on the drivers of change in the energy sector and how this is expected to impact future skills needs.
