Future of Jobs Report: 2023

The World Economic Forum Future of Jobs series explores the expected changes in jobs and skills needs for the next five years. It begins with an overview of the current labour market landscape and the main drivers for change. The main body of the report then provides an overview of the jobs and skills outlooks, in particular on potential skills disruptions and reskilling / upskilling priorities. One of the most valuable elements of the report is the economy, industry, region and skills profiles that are included in annex, looking at 27 different industry clusters and 46 different economies. The profiles include analysis on the impact of global trends and new technologies on job creation, the expected shifts in roles, a skills outlook and a workforce strategy to improve talent availability.
