Description
This scoping review examines online and blended learning’s impact on higher-order thinking skills in higher education, emphasizing creativity and critical thinking. While in-person learning generally outperforms fully online learning, blended and flipped approaches show promise. Recommendations include improved research design and policy integration for effective online teaching of these skills.
