Food Sustainability VET Module: Learning Units and Outcomes

VET Training for Food Sustainability is an Erasmus+ project that aims to develop VET education that contributes to the development of a sustainable food system. This publication provides an overview of existing efforts towards VET education in food sustainability, and builds on these to provide an outline of the learning units and learning outcomes that should be incorporated into trainings on food sustainability. For each learning unit, the guidance outlines the knowledge, skills and competences that should be developed. An additional annex provides more detailed information including the type of learning activities that can contribute to the specified learning outcomes, as well as an estimate of how much time should be spent on a given unit.
