European inventory of validation of informal and non-formal learning 2023

The European Inventory on validation of non-formal and informal learning (VNFIL) is an overview of validation practices and arrangements of validation of non-formal and informal learning across Europe. The Inventory is regularly updated based on the 20 December 2012 Council Recommendation on non-formal and informal learning principle and in line with the European guidelines for validation. The current 8th edition of the Inventory covers the validation systems of the 27 EU Member States and EFTA countries and ten ETF partner countries.
