Description

The Employability Skills Matrix for Health aims to help staff working in the health sector to identify the personal skills, qualities, values, attributes and behaviours needed at each career level. It helps individuals seek information and advice about possible development and training, contribute to the staff review process and assist employers in defining the appropriate skills and competencies required at different levels. It begins by providing a wider overview of the context in which this framework was developed in, and then continues to outline the skills required at nine different levels of employment.
