Employability and entrepreneurial development of women in water-based blue economy sectors

This report compiles the data collected by partners of the She4Sea project to gain a broader understanding on the demand for soft skills within three competence areas (i.e. leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainability), crucial for pursuing a career in key sectors of the Blue Economy (i.e. maritime transport, fisheries & aquaculture, water-based tourism.
