Digital skills and competence, and digital and online learning

This paper’s ambition is to outline a strategic approach to digital skills and competence (DSC) and digital and online learning (DOL) in vocational education and training (VET) in the ETF’s partner countries. It also aims to support VET stakeholders, such as policy makers and practitioners, in partner countries and to reinforce cooperation with international development partners, primarily the European Commission’s services and bodies, working on policy and practice in DSC and DOL.
