Digital capacity building in VET using the SELFIE tool: cross-country validation

The European Commission’s SELFIE (Self-reflection on Effective Learning by Fostering the use of Innovative Educational technologies) tool is a free resource that gives vocational education and training (VET) schools the chance to see their position in the use of digital technologies for teaching and learning. This working paper by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) validates the tool for use by VET providers. It is a useful resource in understanding how the SELFIE tool works and what its particular strengths are for incorporating digital technologies in VET. Schools and VET providers can register to use the SELFIE tool on the European Commission’s website.
