Desk Research Summary on the future of digital, green and social skills in tourism

The Next Tourism Generation Alliance has provided skills reports for eight European countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom) as well as a report for the European Union. The reports provide insights on current skills gaps and future skills needs, with particular attention to digital, social and green skills.
