Description
This study examines how GenAI technologies can support adult learners in higher education.
Research shows that adult learners tend to favour personalised, mastery-based learning, collaborative tasks, and scenario-based, gamified, and competency-based assessments and that AI can support this type of learning.
The insightsfrom this research can help inform learner-centered, adaptive AI designs that enhance autonomy, relevance, and emotional support in adult education.
