Company Skills Requirements and Foresight

This report prepared under the “New Skills Agenda Steel: Industry-driven sustainable European Steel Skills Agenda and Strategy” Blueprint project provides insights on the professional skills requirements in the Industry 4.0 steel sector. It provides examples for how HR departments, education providers, and other stakeholders can prepare for this transition and ensure the workforce is properly skilled. The report first explores the skill requirements and then provides an overview of new and adapted job profiles.
