The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop)’s European skills and jobs survey samples adult workers from Europe, asking questions on skill requirements, digitalization, skill mismatches, and workplace learning. The results of this survey are presented in the context of digitalization and automation, highlighting the skills that will be required across sectors for both digital technology users and non-users. The brief concludes with policy priorities for VET and skill development moving forward, as well as the developments related to digitalization still expected.
