Building an economy that works for people: an action plan for the social economy

This Communication is an Action Plan to help the European social economy tap into its economic and job-creation potential, as well as  help in its contribution to an inclusive recovery and the twin transitions. This Action Plan builds upon the Commission's 2011 Social Business Initiative.
