Description
This academic paper covers the content and evaluation of a training workshop for hospital staff on improving the implementation of evidence-based care methods. More specifically, the training was on using a science-based method for improving the hereditary cancer referral and was conducted in eight Australian hospitals. The findings of the evaluation cover the participant feedback on the training, what learning was retained, barriers and facilitators to implementation, and how to build capacity in health systems for implementation.
