Battery relevant Job roles & skills - impact of technological and legislative

The European battery sector will become increasingly important as industries continue to make the shift to more sustainable technologies. This shift will inevitably require reskilling and upskilling across the impacted sectors. This report presents conclusions drawn through four online workshops and three additional interviews on the skills and expertise needed in the European battery sector. The specific topics covered include the servicing of electric vehicles, the impact of the new EU Battery Regulation proposal, and maritime applications of autonomous operation and virtual reality.
