Artificial intelligence adoption in the workplace and its impact on the upskilling and reskilling strategies

The study investigates how AI adoption transforms work processes and the resulting changes in professional knowledge and skills requirements. It focuses on three sectors: information technology, education, and scientific research. The research employs an ethnographic approach to identify the importance of upskilling and reskilling, offering insights into talent management and professional development strategies. The findings are based on observations, reflective reports, and interviews with professionals from Romania, Ireland, and Slovenia.
