Discover how innovative collaborations are transforming Europe’s workforce in the latest Blueprints for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills report. Packed with actionable insights and strategies, the 2024 edition of Bridging projects and policy: Blueprints for sectoral cooperation on skills highlights the achievements and impacts of 28 sector-specific Blueprint Alliances.

Funded through Erasmus+, these alliances demonstrate how collaboration between businesses, trade unions, training institutions, and public authorities can address skills mismatches and anticipate future labour market needs.

Spanning various ecosystems, from renewable energy to agri-food, the report showcases practical outcomes, including tailored training modules, new job profiles, and competence frameworks. As well as providing an overview of the Blueprints, it highlights key trends and activities, as well as emerging themes. 

The report then presents more detailed summaries of each Blueprint, including their achievements to date and connections with other relevant initiatives including the Pact for Skills. Through these summaries, it aims to encourage the Blueprints to be scaled up and to strengthen synergies with the Pact’s Large-Scale and Regional Partnerships.

Through case studies and lessons learned, it is a valuable resource for policymakers, training organisations, and businesses looking to replicate success in addressing skills shortages across Europe.
