Peer learning activity: Synergies for skills partnerships under the Pact − from Blueprints for Sectoral Cooperation to the 2023 European Year of Skills

On 12 December from 14:30 until 16:30 CET, the Pact for Skills will hold its second peer learning activity, titled ‘Synergies for skills partnerships under the Pact: From Blueprints for Sectoral Cooperation to the 2023 European Year of Skills’.

Peer learning activity: Synergies for skills partnerships under the Pact − from Blueprints for Sectoral Cooperation to the 2023 European Year of Skills

In this virtual session, participants will be able to discuss how large-scale partnerships under the Pact for Skills can build on the success of existing Blueprint projects and how Alliances for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills can be set up.

The second part of the event will focus on the European Year of Skills, allowing Pact members to share their expectations, views and ideas on what could be achieved in the context of next year’s initiatives, and how the Pact can contribute and benefit from this renewed commitment to skills at the EU level.

The online session aims to:

  • provide good practice examples from Pact members on synergies with Blueprints for Sectoral Cooperation and inform further discussions on the opportunities for skills partnerships under this initiative;
  • strengthen participants’ knowledge of the Blueprints for Sectoral Cooperation;
  • exchange and harvest ideas for possible activities and events during the 2023 European Year of Skills and how Pact members could contribute to these.

The event is open to Pact for Skills members only. Participation will be open on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one representative per Pact member (with the exception of Large-Scale Partnerships representatives) can register for the event.
