Pact for Skills Networking Event for Pact Members

The Pact for Skills Networking Event on 23 October 2025 (10:00–15:00 CEST) offers members a space to explore challenges and opportunities in upskilling and reskilling. Participants will exchange experiences and foster collaboration across partnerships and ecosystems.

The morning session will begin with a welcome from the European Commission, setting the stage by placing the Pact for Skills within the broader EU policy framework, including its link to initiatives such as the Union of Skills. A Pact for Skills Highlights session will then present key achievements and practical examples from members, with a focus on SMEs and regional partnerships. A panel discussion will follow, exploring how skills intelligence can guide policy. Contributions will come from Blueprint projects and Centres of Vocational Excellence. 

The afternoon session will focus on delivering practical information and fostering networking among Pact for Skills members. It will feature four simultaneous 20-minute practical info sessions. Topics will include communication tools for promoting the Pact, steps to establish regional partnerships, a guide to updating membership details, and management tools for LSP and RSP coordinators.

The networking event will include an AI-powered matchmaking tool designed to streamline one-on-one meetings. This feature will enable members to connect with peers, support service teams, and representatives from the European Commission. Attendees will be able to arrange meetings aligned with their specific interests and goals, ensuring a productive and personalised networking experience.
